Commercial License

1. License grant

ForthFox Solutions grants the purchasing licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the SaaSOS Runtime source code obtained under a paid order for unlimited end products.

Copyright, trademarks, and other IP in SaaSOS Runtime remain with the Seller. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. Permitted use

• Build, customize, and host SaaS or internal products for your business.
• Deliver modified or unmodified derivatives to clients as part of a paid project, provided clients do not receive a competing starter-kit redistribution right.
• Allow employees and contractors to access the source solely to work on your licensed projects under confidentiality obligations.
• Keep and use versions downloaded during your paid update entitlement period forever.

3. Restrictions

• Do not sell, publish, gift, or otherwise redistribute SaaSOS Runtime as a starter kit, boilerplate, template marketplace item, or competing product.
• Do not remove required copyright or license notices from files that retain them.
• Do not share license keys, download tokens, or portal access with unauthorized third parties.
• Do not use the Software to violate law, infringe rights, or distribute malware.

4. Updates

A qualifying purchase includes 12 months of access to Runtime updates from the purchase date. After that window, later releases may require a separate Update Pass when offered. Your rights to previously obtained versions remain perpetual.

5. Third-party components

The Software includes open-source and third-party components under their own licenses. Those licenses govern the corresponding components. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES in the download package.

6. Termination

Material breach of these restrictions may result in license revocation. Surviving obligations include IP ownership, restrictions against competing redistribution, and liability limits in the Terms of Sale.

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights

Nothing in these documents limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer, privacy, or other mandatory law. Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms, that mandatory law controls for the affected right only.
