Digital Delivery Policy

How SaaSOS Runtime is delivered after purchase and what immediate delivery means for cancellation rights.
1. Immediate delivery
After payment succeeds, we email a receipt with license key and download instructions and enable portal download for licensed accounts. Guest checkout creates or links a customer account by email.
2. Your acknowledgement at checkout
By paying, you expressly request immediate digital delivery of the Software. Where local law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right for distance contracts, that right may be lost or limited once delivery of digital content begins with your prior consent and acknowledgement, except where mandatory law preserves the right.
3. Download access
One-time download links in email may expire for security. Authenticated licensed customers can download entitled Runtime versions from the portal during and according to their update entitlement. Keep backups of versions you obtain.
4. Failed delivery
If payment succeeds but delivery fails due to our systems, contact support. We will restore download access or refund as appropriate.
