1. No legal or tax advice
Legal pages, templates, and compliance-oriented features help you start faster. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Have counsel and a CA review your entity, GST, export, privacy, and consumer obligations before you sell.
2. Production readiness
"Production foundation" and similar phrases mean the kit includes common SaaS building blocks. Your production readiness depends on your changes, testing, hosting, monitoring, backups, and compliance work.
3. Trade name
ForthFox Solutions is used as a trade name for an individual / sole-proprietor seller. References to the Seller are not a representation of company incorporation unless separately stated.
4. Warranties
Except for non-waivable statutory rights, the Software and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
