Why SaaSOS Exists

The repeated work should be the starting point.

SaaSOS exists because product teams repeatedly spend their earliest, most expensive weeks rebuilding the same foundation: authentication, tenancy, permissions, administration, billing, audit trails, forms, and deployment conventions.

The Runtime turns that recurring work into maintained source code with consistent patterns. It is intentionally not a no-code promise or a finished vertical product. You still make the decisions that create customer value, while starting from a working platform that you can inspect, modify, and host.

ForthFox Solutions builds SaaSOS for developers who want ownership and a practical path from local setup to production. Claims on this site are tied to the packaged Runtime, its documentation, tests, and release records.

One Production Foundation

The foundation is ready. Your product is next.

Extend one consistent architecture into the SaaS your market needs. Every module inherits the same tenancy, permissions, UI patterns, and development conventions.

Who Is This For?

For builders who want source ownership.

Freelancers

Deliver polished client software without rebuilding accounts, permissions, billing, and admin foundations.

Agencies

Reuse a commercially licensed platform across unlimited client end products while keeping each product distinct.

Startups

Validate the market from working infrastructure instead of spending early runway on recurring platform work.

AI-Ready Architecture

Built for AI coding.

Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot work better when the codebase is predictable. SaaSOS gives them consistent naming, reusable platform components, clear module boundaries, and documented conventions instead of a blank repository.

  • Predictable structure that coding assistants can navigate
  • Shared components that keep generated screens consistent
  • Clear boundaries for tenancy, permissions, and modules
  • Repeatable patterns for creating and refactoring features
  • Cursor rules, skills, and copy-ready development prompts

Questions Before You Buy

Clear answers. No surprises.

Do I receive the full source code?

Yes. Your purchase includes the Laravel and React source for the Runtime under a perpetual commercial license. Copyright remains with ForthFox Solutions. Usage rights are governed by the Commercial License and Terms of Sale.

Can I sell products built with SaaSOS to clients?

Yes, within the Commercial License. You may build unlimited end products and deliver client work, but you may not redistribute SaaSOS as a competing starter kit.

Can I deploy on Hostinger or my own VPS?

Yes. SaaSOS is self-hosted source code. You can deploy it on infrastructure you control, including Hostinger or a standard VPS using the documented production setup.

Can I white-label and modify everything?

Yes. You can change branding, themes, modules, workflows, and customer-facing experiences for licensed end products. You must retain any notices the Commercial License specifically requires and may not redistribute SaaSOS as a competing starter kit.

Is Docker supported?

Docker is not required for the documented setup. You may containerize your deployment, but the included setup support covers the documented stock environments rather than custom container orchestration.

Which PHP version is required?

The current Runtime requires PHP 8.3 or later with the documented extensions, plus Composer, Node.js 20+, and npm.

Are future updates included?

Yes - 12 months of Runtime updates from purchase. You keep perpetual rights to versions obtained during that window. Later releases may require an Update Pass when offered.

Does SaaSOS require a subscription or runtime fee?

No. The Runtime is a one-time source-code purchase with no required SaaSOS hosting or runtime fee. Studio and the Update Pass are optional products.

What is the refund policy?

Conditional 7-day refund if documented local setup fails and support cannot resolve it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See /legal/refunds.

How difficult is deployment?

The included documentation covers local setup, production configuration, common web-server environments, Hostinger deployment, and a production checklist.

Can Cursor or Claude Code create new modules?

SaaSOS includes predictable module conventions, Cursor rules, skills, and copy-ready prompts that give coding assistants clearer project context. Generated changes should still be reviewed and tested like any production code.

What do I still need to build?

You build your domain model, customer workflows, onboarding, market-specific integrations, and production operations. SaaSOS supplies the recurring platform foundation, not your finished vertical product.

What versions does the Runtime require?

The current Runtime documents PHP 8.3+, Composer, Node.js 20+, and npm. SQLite is recommended for first run, while MySQL is supported for production. See the Supported Environments page.

How is a Runtime release verified?

The release process builds and verifies the customer ZIP, then records its source commit, byte size, and SHA-256 checksum in the stable release manifest.

Build the product. Skip the plumbing.

Start from a production SaaS foundation you can understand, own, and extend into the business your customers need.
